Deploying a VPS
The English version governs if the two differ.
Deploying
Choose a plan and a region in the client portal and press deploy. The instance is cloned, configured, given your SSH key through cloud-init and booted. It is ready in under a minute.
You get full root. The base image is Debian 13.
What is not included
There are no backups. Nothing is snapshotted and nothing is copied elsewhere. If you need your data to survive the loss of the instance, arrange that yourself.
There is no out-of-band console yet, and reverse DNS is a request to us rather than something you can set.
