Use your full email address as the username, not just the part before the @. That is the single most common reason a client refuses to connect.Folosește adresa completă ca nume de utilizator, nu doar partea dinaintea lui @. Este cel mai frecvent motiv pentru care un client refuză conectarea.

Shared mailboxesCăsuțe partajate

A shared address such as contact@ or sales@ is opened from inside Cloud Office, not added as a second account in your mail client. Whoever has been granted access sees it in the sidebar.O adresă partajată precum contact@ sau sales@ se deschide din Cloud Office, nu se adaugă ca al doilea cont în clientul de e-mail. Cine are acces o vede în bara laterală.
