The drive as a disk
The English version governs if the two differ.
macOS
In Finder, press Cmd-K, enter the address and sign in with your email address and a device password.

Windows
File Explorer → right-click This PC → Add a network location, and use the same address. Windows will ask for the username and password.
What to expect
It is the same drive you see in the browser. Deleting a file from the mounted disk moves it to Trash rather than destroying it, which is what the web interface does too.
Two uploads of identical files take one copy of the space between them. The drive stores a file once per distinct content.
