DNS records for your domain
The English version governs if the two differ.
Records to create
Create these at whoever hosts your domain's DNS. We will give you the DKIM value, which is unique to your domain.
MX @ 10 mail.totuldigital.ro TXT @ v=spf1 mx -all TXT mail._domainkey (we give you this value) TXT _dmarc v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:postmaster@<your domain>
Start DMARC at p=none. It reports without rejecting, so you can see whether anything legitimate still sends as your domain before you tighten it to quarantine or reject.
Before you cut over
Change the MX record last. Set up the mailboxes, prove a message arrives and prove one can be sent, and only then point the MX at us. Mail that arrives during a half-finished cutover is mail nobody has.
